Welcome to Learn and Trade Academy. By accessing or using our website and the Phantom AI automated trading software, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Phantom AI is a software solution that executes trades independently. It assumes the client holds their own trading account with a regulated broker, that the software is installed on an IT device with a continuous internet connection, and that a leverage of 1:1000 is selected unless otherwise agreed.
By accessing our website or using the Phantom AI software, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full. These Terms apply to users globally including but not limited to the United Kingdom, the European Union, Africa, Australia, Canada, and any jurisdiction where forex trading is legally permitted.
Learn and Trade Academy Ltd is an international organisation serving members across the United Kingdom, the European Union, Africa, Australia, Canada, and other regions worldwide where trading is legally permitted.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Seychelles. By using our services, you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Seychelles for resolution of any disputes arising from these Terms. Nothing herein limits your statutory rights as a consumer in your country of residence.
The Phantom AI software is offered independently of an Academy account and is fully usable for as long as the customer holds active usage rights. After expiration of the usage period, Phantom AI will maintain open positions and where necessary open further positions to protect against negative price movements.
The Service Provider does not provide investment advice through any channel — including videos, live calls, messenger groups (including Telegram), or software solutions. The provider does not perform banking or securities transactions on behalf of customers and has no access to customer trading accounts at any time.
The software has been developed to the best of the Service Provider's knowledge but results are not guaranteed. Use of the software is entirely at the Customer's own risk. The Customer is solely responsible for data input, software execution, and any resulting losses.
The Phantom AI UJ software is provided free of charge. Payments made are strictly for installation, setup, and technical configuration by our qualified technicians. Installation fees are non-refundable once the installation process has been completed. Monthly fees where applicable cover VPS hosting and software maintenance and are not tied to trading performance.
Risk Warning: Trading CFDs and forex instruments involves a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. The value of your investments can fall as well as rise. You may lose more than your initial deposit. Only trade with money you can afford to lose. Past performance of Phantom AI does not guarantee future results. We strongly recommend seeking independent financial advice appropriate to your circumstances before using our software or engaging in any trading activity.
All content on our website, social media, Telegram groups, videos, webinars, and marketing materials is for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing published by Learn and Trade Academy constitutes financial advice, investment recommendations, or solicitation to buy or sell any financial instrument.
Clients are eligible for a refund of the installation fee if the software does not achieve positive results within the first 30 days — specifically if the account balance falls below the initial deposit amount. To claim, the client must submit a written email request within the 30-day period. This guarantee is only valid when the software has been installed and operated under the conditions specified by Learn and Trade Academy Ltd.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Learn and Trade Academy Ltd, its directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and partners from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Phantom AI software, breach of these Terms, or violation of any applicable law.
Learn and Trade Academy Ltd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Phantom AI software or website content, including loss of profits or data, even where the possibility of such damages has been communicated.
Learn and Trade Academy Ltd reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the website or software constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
